Common questions
Do minutes expire?
No. Purchased minutes last until you use them. Only trial minutes are valid for 14 days.
What if I run out of minutes mid-interview?
The app warns you when 5 minutes are left. You can top up in the dashboard without ending the session.
Do I need an account?
Yes, just an email. You sign in with a link sent to your inbox, no password. Activation codes are created in the dashboard.
Lost your activation code?
Sign in to the dashboard and create a new code. The old one stops working right away. One code works on up to 2 devices.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase for unused minutes.
How do I pay?
Through Duitku: QRIS, virtual account, or e-wallet. You buy in the dashboard after signing in.
Are there usage limits?
One live session lasts up to 120 minutes; at most 180 minutes or 10 sessions per 24 hours. Practice, prep, and recap have a fair daily limit.
Cloud or local transcription?
Paid packages use cloud transcription (Deepgram), which handles accents well. Local transcription runs on your laptop and is free for everyone; its model (about 480 MB) downloads once.
