Terms of Service

1. The service

Repartee is a desktop app that listens to the interviewer's questions, shows a transcript and translation, and drafts short answer scripts from the profile you fill in yourself. The paid service uses minutes from your account; you can also use your own API keys.

Scripts are written by AI and can be wrong. You decide what to say and are responsible for your answers. We do not guarantee interview outcomes or getting hired.

2. Honest and lawful use

• Fill in your profile with real experience. Repartee is designed not to invent experience; do not enter false data.
• Follow the rules of the company, interviewer, platform, or exam you take part in. If they forbid assistance tools, do not use Repartee there.
• The app processes other people's voices (the interviewer). You are responsible for complying with local laws and rules on processing voice and conversations.

3. Accounts and activation codes

• Keep your email and activation code confidential; activity through your code is treated as yours.
• One code works on at most two devices. A new code revokes the old one.
• The free trial is given once per email and per device. Creating repeat accounts for trials is not allowed.

4. Minutes, prices, and payment

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah as shown on the Pricing page; the price shown at checkout applies.
• Payments are processed by Duitku. Minutes are added once payment is confirmed.
• Minutes are counted from the live session timer, per started minute; the first minute is charged when a session starts.
• Purchased minutes never expire. Trial minutes are valid for 14 days.
• Usage limits: one live session lasts at most 120 minutes (10 on the trial), and at most 180 minutes or 10 sessions per 24 hours.

5. Refunds

Within 7 days of a purchase you can request a refund for that purchase's unused minutes at support@repartee.cloud. Used minutes and trial minutes cannot be refunded. Money goes back through the original payment method or by bank transfer within 14 business days. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Not allowed

• Sharing or selling activation codes, or using them beyond the device limit.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or circumventing the app, servers, usage limits, or billing.
• Automated or bulk use, or use for unlawful purposes.

Violations may lead to codes or accounts being disabled. For serious violations, remaining minutes may be forfeited without refund.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party providers (transcription, AI models, payments, hosting). Features, AI models, and prices may change; price changes do not affect minutes already bought.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including interview outcomes, lost job opportunities, or decisions you make based on the scripts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

Repartee has no subscriptions, so there are no recurring charges to cancel. You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy). We may end access if these terms are broken. If the service shuts down entirely, unused paid minutes are refunded proportionally.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by discussion; failing that, through the district court in Jakarta Barat.

11. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the effective date above is updated and we announce important changes by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@repartee.cloud.
